Henk S. There I had to pay SEK for a tent with electricity. I thought it was a lot but only had one experience a day before with a Swedish campsite for SEK so I didn't know what was fair! That seemed a more fair price for the same kind of place 1 person in a small car without a tent.
Because I thought it was strange and expensive, I sent First Camp an e-mail and asked for an explanation. Strange that I was then charged SEK? I sent an e-mail asking for a refund of what I thought was an overpayment.
Camping Glyttinge – Linköping - First Camp
After 2 days I received the same answer as the first time! In response to a third mail I received the answer that I accepted the booking. So no compensation at all. Unfortunately for me a bad experience with First Camp as an organization and the Glyttinge-Linköping campsite.

Boris W. Wir haben uns leider darauf eingelassen. Die Stellplätze für Zelte sind in der hintersten Ecke am Waldrand. Am Waldrand wimmelte es nur so von Ameisen große Waldameisen. Der Stromanschluss war über 30m entfernt wer hat schon ein so langes Kabel im Zeltgepäck. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wusste angeblich nichts von diesen Missständen. Wir wollten nicht auf diesem Campingplatz übernachten mit Baby und ohne Strom jedoch mit vielen Ameisen im Zelt.
Unser Geld wollte man uns nicht zurückgeben. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption verwies uns auf die Homepage von Firstcamping nur so sei das Geld über eine Reklamation zurückzuerstatten. Wir fuhren in das nächste Hotel Baby und abends. Wieder Zuhause: Von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption haben wir seinerzeit den Hinweis erhalten, dass wir unser Geld nur über die Online-Reklamation zurückfordern können, weil eine Klärung an der Rezeption nicht möglich sei.
Nachdem wir auf der Homepage von Firstcamp nachgesehen haben, verweist diese jedoch auf die Rezeption des jeweiligen Campingplatzes.
